General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options



By listing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You may initially add our products to the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after placing the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

3. Contract Language, Contract Text Storage

We store the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in your customer login area.

4. Delivery Conditions

In addition to the listed product prices, shipping costs may apply. Further details on any applicable shipping costs can be found with the respective offers.

We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of goods is not possible.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

Credit Card
By placing your order, you provide your credit card details. After your verification as the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction is automatically carried out and your card is charged.

PayPal, PayPal Express
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, log in with your credentials, and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is then automatically carried out by PayPal. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

Sofort by Klarna
After placing your order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. To pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have a bank account enabled for online banking, identify yourself accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further information during the ordering process. The payment transaction is carried out immediately by Sofort and your account is debited.

Google Pay
To pay the invoice amount via Google Pay, you must be registered with the service provider Google, have activated the Google Pay function, log in with your credentials, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

Apple Pay
To pay the invoice amount via Apple Pay, you must use the Safari browser, be registered with the service provider Apple, have activated the Apple Pay function, log in with your credentials, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

Amazon Pay
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Amazon before completing the order in our online shop. To process the order via Amazon and pay the invoice amount, you must be registered there or register first and log in with your credentials. There you can select the delivery address and payment method stored with Amazon, confirm the use of your data by Amazon, and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will then be redirected to our online shop where you can complete the ordering process.


Immediately after the order, we request Amazon to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is automatically carried out by Amazon. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

Purchase on Account via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you purchase on account as a payment option. Please note that Klarna Invoice is only available to consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna. With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least €6.95). 6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery agent as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

8. Warranty and Guarantees

Unless otherwise expressly agreed below, statutory warranty law applies.
For used goods: if the defect appears after one year from delivery of the goods, warranty claims are excluded. Defects that appear within one year of delivery may be asserted within the statutory limitation period of two years from delivery.
The above limitations and shortened periods do not apply to claims for damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents:
• in case of injury to life, body, or health
• in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty and fraud
• in case of breach of essential contractual obligations whose fulfillment is a prerequisite for the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations)
• within the scope of a guarantee promise, if agreed, or
• insofar as the scope of the Product Liability Act applies.

9. Liability

For claims for damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents, we are always liable without limitation:
• in case of injury to life, body, or health
• in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty
• in case of guarantee promises, if agreed, or
• insofar as the scope of the Product Liability Act applies.
In case of breach of essential contractual obligations whose fulfillment is a prerequisite for the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations) through slight negligence by us, our legal representatives, or agents, liability is limited in amount to the damage foreseeable at the time of contract conclusion, the occurrence of which must typically be expected.
Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.


10. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here [https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/]. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Age Verification

If your order includes goods whose sale is subject to age restrictions, we ensure through the use of a reliable procedure, including personal identity and age verification, that the ordering party has reached the required minimum age. The delivery agent will only hand over the goods after successful age verification and only to the ordering party in person.
