Shipping Policy
All our products are shipped domestically and internationally via DHL GoGreen. As usual, you can have your package delivered to your home or to a DHL Packstation. Please don't forget to provide your post number with the delivery address.
All orders placed before 12:00 PM can be shipped the same day. All other orders will be shipped the following business day.
GoGreen is DHL's environmental program, which offsets all greenhouse gas emissions generated during transport through climate protection projects. You can read more about it here.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been handed over to DHL GoGreen, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us with your tracking link so you can track your order. Here's how long your order will typically take to arrive:

Germany: 2–3 days

Rest of EU (incl. CH): 3–5 days

Costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination country of the order:

Germany & Austria: €4.99, free shipping on orders over €60

Rest of EU (incl. CH): €9.99, free shipping on orders over €80

Rest of World: €19.99, free shipping on orders over €100
Returns and Complaints
If you are not 100% satisfied, you can cancel your order within 30 days at any time. Please send us an email at support@try-vaya.com with your name and order number so we can take care of it as quickly as possible. Our support team will then send you a return label so you can ship the package back to us free of charge.
