Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract, to Hive Technologies GmbH ℅ "Vaya" (Maulbeerstraße 7, 15834 Rangsdorf, Germany). The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Special Notes

If you finance this contract through a loan and later withdraw, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement either, provided both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly assumed when we are also your lender or when your lender relies on our cooperation for financing. If the loan has already been disbursed to us when the withdrawal takes effect, your lender shall assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with respect to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives). If you wish to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you also have a right of withdrawal for it.
